Hello and welcome!
I am thrilled to introduce myself as a certified Teacher in both MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and Mindfulness for children – Paws B & dot B (Mindfulness in Schools Project, UK), along with being a Meditation and Yoga teacher.
Originally from Peru, I spent 23 wonderful years in Switzerland before making my way to Israel.
My journey has led me to work as a psychosocial counselor in various education centers and social institutions, including children’s homes and boarding schools. My primary focus has always been on helping families and children discover new paths toward managing their lives with resilience and grace.
In 2013, after years of dedicated service, I found myself seeking fresh approaches to support both myself and those I work with. That’s when mindfulness crossed my path. Delving deeper into its practice, I experienced firsthand its profound positive effects and transformative benefits. It became clear to me that mindfulness offers us the power to shape our lives on our terms, empowering us to navigate life’s twists and turns with greater ease.
I wholeheartedly believe that mindfulness is not just a practice but a way of life that holds immense potential for everyone.
